Tell me a little bit about yourself? What rig do you currently game on? What kind of gamer do you classify yourself to be? ie. PC, Console, Tabletop, LARP as well as Hardcore, RPG, etc.
I kind of categorize myself as an Alpha gamer. I’m that much more than a Hardcore gamer and far above casual. I play every day, often pulling all-nighters and am currently in possession of a PS3, PS4, PS Vita and an Asus Gaming laptop. I play all games from MMOs to FPSs. I NEVER EVER play Sports games though. Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer….blargh! I can be a bit cocky at times but when you’re as good as I am, it’s warranted. *Cue a pic of me with a sparkling smile here*
What game are you currently playing right now? Do you enjoy that game, why? How’s the overall game play and graphics?
Well, I play everything that I feel is good soon as its made available. Atm, I'm playing Battlefield 4 on the PS4 which is all there cosmetically but it was shipped out kind of rough and buggy. After many patches, I’d say it’s a stable shooter.
Would you recommend it, why?
Yes, Dice (the developer) has had an outstanding track record dating back to the Battlefield Vietnam titles on PC. They’re last few titles were a little bug infested and rushed out but I won’t blame them for it. I know what its like to work for a tyrannical job that rushes you to get something to the public and not care about the end result, just the money it can bring in. At least they listen to feedback and fix problems with the fastest responses possible.
Are there any games coming out that you are looking forward to?
If you could design your own game what would it be like?
I used to attend college for game software development and no matter what Idea I came up with, it was never good enough for my instructors. I originally came up with an open world GTA-esque game that consisted of the final war that would start the holy war. As a human, You were to choose the side of Evil, who if won would enslave all remaining humans in hell except a chosen few who would be made into demons, and Good who if won, would completely wipe out the rest of the human race in order to start over with a new Eden.
Additional Thoughts and Comments?
Thank you for giving me the moment to gloat about myself and actually get my ideas out. Gaming means so much to me and I can say, it has saved my life and kept me sane on many occasions. It’s a great thing you are doing because we gamers are way more just the weirdos that the media and other society groups see us as. We are gamers and we are a growing legion who are vastly superior to anything else….yea, I said it!
Would you like to share your gamer tag and the system so others may add you?
Sure thing! (I kinda do it all)

What is your first memory of gaming?
Ah, I remember getting my 1st NES console in the 80s. Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, and a little known Shmup by the name of Tiger-Heli. You could never beat it, you just got in a little further each time until the point that it pissed you off so bad that had to shut the game off and go outside and play. I think that game is responsible for me being such a game perfectionist to this day. There will NEVER be another game that I can’t beat from now on if I have any breath in my body.

Thoughts on this new generation of consoles – Wii U, PS4, and Xbox One?
PS4 needs games, Xbox One needs to rethink its strategy of an expensive TV and football box and Wii U….NEEDS HELP!
What are your thoughts on the gaming industry?
It’s defiantly come a long way since the days of Pacman and Joust. The devs make up the core of the industry but some such as EA and Activision will undoubtable take us back to the friggen stone age with their greedy BS. I also have to say that as much as I dislike Capcom right now, (Like seriously if you knew me, you’d understand) I wish that they come to understand that the dire straits is a harsh lesson of understanding that you can’t just do what you THINK the consumer wants and just completely tell your fan base to screw off when they TELL you what they want. Hopefully they can turn around and come out of their hole.
10 years from now, where do you see the industry? Are you happy with that direction? If you had the power, what direction would you have the gaming industry go?
I am ok with where it is now but I’m really tired of FPS shooters running so rampant, *Cough* CALL OF DUTY *Cough*. New ideas need to come about or it will be nothing more than another Hollywood that consists of rehashes and remakes of 80s-90s games.
Favorite Game (can include tabletop) of all time and why?
A little know Dreamcast game called Skies of Arcadia. Sky pirates, item creation, exploration, wonder/landmark discovery and character leveling….was DECADES ahead of its time.
