iZOMBIE stars Rose McIver as Olivia “Liv” Moore, a medical resident on the fast track to a perfect life … until she’s turned into a zombie. But there are side effects to Liv’s new diet. With each brain she consumes, she experiences flashes of the corpse’s memories — including, at times, clues as to how they were killed. Her boss, a brilliant but eccentric conspiracy theorist, encourages her to embrace this gift and to work with an unproven homicide detective to help solve these murders … and quiet the voices in her head. 

Fangirl Thoughts: If you read my blog then you know that I enjoyed this show thoroughly. I read the graphic novel. I think I might have been the only person that read it. I have yet to find someone else who did read it amongst my friends. Oh well, at least they have the show that they can watch. This show has a lot of tongue-in-cheek zombie jokes that you find yourself giggling as Liv faces some extraordinary circumstances. I would recommend this DVD and watching this show. Fangirl Thoughts: Please understand I do enjoy the bonus features of the DVD. I enjoy watching the deleted scenes and the gag reels, however the show is truly the gem on this DVD. This show was the break out show and is award winning. The show is written so well that you fall in love with the characters and enjoy the angst as it unfolds. It is perfect and I cannot wait to watch the second season. I think this is the right DVD for anyone to enjoy and hopefully bring more fans as you force your friends to watch with you.

Capcom Brings New Games, Panels, and More to New York Comic Con 2015

Capcom will be paying a visit to East Coast fans this weekend for New York Comic Con 2015 (booth #1420) with a host of playable game demos and panels with game insights, plus collectibles and limited edition offerings at the Capcom Store!

• Umbrella Corps – This event marks the first time fans in North America will have the opportunity to play Umbrella Corps, the new fast-paced third-person multiplayer shooter set in the Resident Evil universe. Coming early 2016 to PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
